Excelente hotel y en combinación con su spa , su comida definitivamente para pasar días de descanso y olvidarte de la rutina. Su jacuzzi dentro de la habitación que se eligió fue de lo mejor para disfrutar con tu pareja y de igual manera con la familia y los niños pueden disfrutar de la alberca.

Me enferme y no pude asistir así que llame para cancelar y me cobrarón por que dicen que mis comprobantes médicos no son validos. Pedi telefono de gerencia o admón y nunca quisierón proporcionarme la información por más que la solicite y después de insistir muchisimo me dijeron que llamara al mismo número al siguiente día para que me comunicaran con gerencia y nunca me contestarón por más que estuve llamando a los numeros que encontre en la web, pero de nada sirvió llamar y llamar, tampoco me hicierón validos mis documentos médico por una enfermedad pandemia.

Excelente atención y sobre todo personalizada, flexibilidad para el check in (21 hrs) La habitación tiene una diseño cálido y acogedor, sumado de las amenidades (frigobar, batas). La limpieza de la habitación y las instalaciones impecable. La calidad - costo de los alimentos, demasiado favorable, con la garantía de fescura. El hotel es magnífico, al igual que su restaurante, las arepas muy ricas, al igual que el pan francés, son porciones abundantes, vale toda la pena hospedarse y consumir sus alimentos sin salir, muy buen costo-beneficio La recámara, y sus amenidades son muy buenas, las almohadas bastante cómodas igualmente el colchón, la limpieza también es excelente, colocaron un difusor con aroma que olía delicioso. ¡Mi esposa y yo estamos muy satisfechos!

Desde nuestra llegada las chicas fueron muy amables y el servicio en general es muy cálido!! Reservamos dos Masajes Real Victoria, delicioso y muy profesional. El servicio del restaurante en todo momento fue muy agradable y la comida muy rica. Las arepas son deliciosas y las porciones adecuadas!! 👌 100% recomendamos! PD.
