The staff is awesome. Don’t waste money on the all inclusive, much better restaurants in town and cheaper. Twice on the beach we ordered fish and got chicken. This year, they were doing construction, so our “nice quiet vacation” was mostly pounding and jack hammers on the beach. Wish we had known, we would have gone a different time. They had fewer choices on the buffet because of all the construction. They had the buffet area in a temporary location at the reception area, and that made the pool in that area unusable. We often had long wait times for transportation this year. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful, and tries very hard to understand you, and to be understood. Google translate is a huge help. We had a timeshare/membership and used it up. We would like to go again, but we are too old to buy another time share. I think our days with Pacifica have come to a close.

Like a second home. Staff is exceptional. Food is good or better. They need more restaurants open more often so there can be more choices on any given night. The ocean, the pools, the service, the landscaping and the weather are all top notch.

The beds are super hard they only change towels out once a week. Minimal places to eat so all inclusive is a bust. The workers are their best asset. Cant swim in the ocean as the water from golf course and sewer drain into. Transportation is very slow throughout the property.

We liked the improvements we did not like the closing of the main restaurant Tulipanes breakfast kitchen. That kitchen should have never been closed during this busy time of year. Big mistake. Management needs to improve the relationship with us the so-called owners. They need to provide at least one positive change every year.

No recomendamos el servicio de ventas, nos vendieron una renovación del tiempo compartido para poder ir 8 familiares en la semana de Año Nuevo y pese a que hemos intentado hacer la reserva con un año de anticipación nos dicen que ya no hay lugar. Tratamos de hablar con la gerente Karistina Mendoza más de 10 veces y nunca respondió ni devolvió la llamada. Definitivamente si tu idea es ir en temporada alta NO te recomendamos comprar aquí

Las instalaciones son obsoletas, me cambiaron de habitación porque las chapas están inservibles, la atención del personal muy buena. No lo recomiendo como primera opción. En los alimentos, la cuota es alta para la calidad de los alimentos.

We had another awesome trip to this hotel! Over the years we have made many new friends and Pacífica has become our home away from home. We also found that the restaurant and beach food was improved from prior years which was a bonus! Arrive, as always, was great!

I LOVE PACÍFICA, all its employees, units, flora, fauna, wild life, escape, beaches, palapas, and services. The only thing I find challenging that makes it unable for me to eat on the grounds is the lack of many gluten-free options at almost ALL of their restaurants. So I can almost NEVER EAT IN THE ON-SITE RESTAURANTS! I WILL NEVER BE ALL-INCLUSIVE!!
