Lo buenísimo de este hotel es que te tratan como familia, y están disponibles cuando se les necesita , la comida muy buena en sus diferentes restaurantes. Lo malo es que hay pocas rampas para discapacitados y muchas escaleras por lo que hay pocas habitaciones sin escaleras, el carrito ya no entra hasta el restaurante.

Uno reserva con meses de anticipación, solicitando ciertas especificaciones, para que le asignen lo que les dé la gana, ir al mar, para terminar con una vista a la avenida 😠 Muy poco resolutivos!!! La comida, termino medio. He tenido mejores experiencias, que pena que cada año baje de calidad el servicio. Menos vehículos para moverse dentro del resort. Deseo que tomen en cuenta las opiniones.

Personal muy amable y eficiente, desgraciadamente por la cantidad de invitados que había (gente sin membresía), había cierto desorden, no respetando el orden para subir al servicio de vehículos o dejando basura en cualquier lugar de los edificios. Lo único que he notado que ha disminuido en calidad es algunos snacks pues la hamburguesa cada ves es más sencilla pero su costo no baja...

La verdad el servicio del personal es muy bueno y eficiente, los alimentos también del 100% el 98 porciento es de muy buena calidad u sabor, lo único que observe en las dos villas de ocupamos les hace falta mantenimiento preventivo, no hay que esperar a que falle algo para corregir, pero la villa 4136 tiene demasiadas impunidades de mejora, lo primero es que de los 3 aires acondicionados dos no funcionaban correctamente, se tuvieron que reportar para que fueran reparados, eso se puede evitar si alguien inspeccionara las villas antes de asignarlas, las taza de baño del cuarto de las dos camas el sistema de llenado no funcionaba correctamente y se estaba desperdiciando mucha agua, las puerta del cuarto mencionado no funcionaba correctamente ya que se arrastraba con el piso, se encontraron cucarachas, yo sugiero que empezaran a implementar un sistema predictivo y preventivo sobre el mantenimiento de sus instalaciones de acuerdo a estadisticos y historiales, saludos y gracias por servicio y la hospitalidad.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive.
Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard.
The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience.
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking.
