En general muy sucio y viejo el hotel, no cambian los colchones de camastros huelen mal y están manchados; de igual forma las escaleras, elevador, áreas comunes con mugre visible, el baño del cuarto con aroma a caño y al pedir nos cambiarán de habitación no querían argumentando que asi era el aroma de todos los baños del hotel, falla el agua. Desde el personal de recepción como los demás tienen una mala actitud, falla la señal no se puede conectar, para nada es como se muestra en las páginas. No lo recomiendo

Es pésimo el servicio y la atención de una recepcionista en especial, una señora morena, mal encarada que para mi punto de vista, personas así no deberían recibir a huéspedes, de echo creo yo ni apoyar con el tema de limpieza de una habitación ya que asta para eso se necesita cierta amabilidad, de lo cual esa señora en particular carece, a y me dijo que por el momento no había facturas. Pero bien qué me cobro impuestos. Tal vez use ese dinero para cosas personales.

El lugar es agradable pero la hora del mosquito se pone terrible y no se puede disfrutar la alberca por la tarde noche . . espero puedan corregir ese pequeño gran detalle . . entiendo que la remodelación siempre cause algún problema, pero ruidosa bomba de agua de pipa a las 7 de la mañana es inaudito . . recomendable para entre semana, de lunes a miércoles . .el jueves empieza a perder lo apacible . .

Acorde al costo del hospedaje…
En general estuvo bastante bien; las camas un poco duras, pero nada que incomodara el sueño… el aire acondicionado tiene posibilidad de mejora, no podía regularse así que había que prenderlo y apagarlo para poder tener una temperatura cómoda. Éramos 4 personas y solo nos dejaron dos toallas a pesar de hacer la solicitud verbal de otro par
