This is a very tranquil location in a residential neighborhood overlooking a golf course. The birds in the evening are amazing and there are even crocodiles on the banks of the lakes. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We rented a car for the week and I recommend that as it is 5 to 10 minute drive to anywhere in Ixtapa and would be a long walk, plus you will definitely want to get to Zihuatanejo. The two bedroom unit was pretty spacious, the kitchen was fairly well stocked but basic with too small electrical burners full size fridge and microwave but no oven. Cleaning was done daily. The biggest negative was the terribly hard beds which kept us tossing and turning all night long just to try to get some sleep. We only had hot water twice but that was not such a major issue because the climate is warm and the water is not ice cold from the shower. I think there is hot water in the morning and daytime but not much in the evening when we wanted to shower after being at the beach. Overall a very nice stay but I wouldn't go back and less I knew they had replaced the beds.
