Excelente estancia, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, servicio en restaurante de 10! Los meseros de lujo, el capitán Robert muy amable y la señorita Blanca quien recibe en el restaurante siempre con la mejor actitud. Únicamente la estancia en la alberca, el personal de seguridad no intervino para restringir la bocina de unos huéspedes en estado de ebriedad que tenían música a todo volumen y que interferian con la del hotel, fue muy incómodo y mejor nos fuimos a la alberca de niños.

Llevo años visitando el hotel y son evidentes las mejoras que han procurado. En general la atención es buena y son amables. Espero y deseo sigan creciendo. Mi única recomendación sería mayor atención a. No permitir bebidas dentro de las albercas. Y no permitir que la gente aparte los camastros durante todo el día cuando están vacíos pero tienen una toalla encima todo el día. Solo eso. De ahí en fuera todo es excelente. Éxito

Es un hotel muy tranquilo pero la verdad el capitán roberto es un poco hostigoso y aveces hace comentarios de fuera de lugar nos quiso dar nombres de quien tenemos que contar en nuestra opinión,por qué nosotros le decíamos que la muchacha que está en la entrada del restaurante una güera rollisa es muu amable y sonriente , pero el nos decia que teniamos que poner a una aidel pero en nuestra estancia nadamas 1 vez nod atendió,ya de ahi todas las cenas fue Blanca me parece la que nos atendía es un elemento muy servicial, ya de ahí en fuera si habia que esperar algo de tiempo para poder pasar a tomar nuestros alimentos pero la comida es muy buena tiene muy buen sason y los meseros atienden de buena manera con una sonrisa ,el area de alberca es tranquilo y la verdad uno disfruta la estadia en este hotel para descansar seblos recomiendo y sus empleados son muy lindos y amigables todos.

Excelente intervención del personal de seguridad ante los huéspedes que incumplen con las normas del hotel (que llevan bocinas a la barra de la piscina y la música con volumen alto que interfiere con la música del hotel.

En el área del bar de la alberca atiende bien el muchacho pero le hace falta que le pongan un compañero para que fuera un servicio excelente más rápido se le carga mucho el trabajo.
