We spent 3 nights at the Belair Hotel with breakfast included. On the first night we received a small room of 10-12 m2 with a sea view, even though I had booked a room of 22 m2 (standard room on Trip.com). The next day, the reception without any problems suggested changing the room to a larger one. The rooms are quite modernly decorated in a holiday style with a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. In July at 10 there were no more free sun loungers. Instead of going to the swimming pool, I recommend going to the beach for the whole day - the best one is 30 m from the hotel (next to the Rhodes Palace hotel - an underground passage right next to the Rhodes Palace sign). We were offered to change towels once every two days. During the season, the hotel offers evening attractions in front of the hotel bar right next to a busy street. There are two supermarkets under the hotel where you can buy from food to souvenirs. Breakfast was good, not much choice and quite monotonous. The service from the cleaners to the reception desk is nice and communicates in English. There are bus stops in front of the hotel, with buses taking you to/from the airport and the center of Rhodes. Tickets must be purchased at the supermarket next to the hotel. Despite a few inconveniences, I rate the hotel a strong 4/5.

Just returned from an amazing holiday, once again, at Belair Beach Hotel. We had an executive twin room with sea view which was amazing..every day! The hotel is very well run by George, the manager and his staff. Rooms very clean and beds changed frequently. Well done to the cleaning staff! We had booked half board and there was a great selection of food both morning and evening in the restaurant which was run by Kiki and Adrian and staff who always had a friendly smile..an asset to the hotel. Any queries or requests were handled well by Irini or her colleagues on reception. No complaints whatsoever.. we are booking again same time next year! Thank you to all staff at hotel ..we will see you all again soon ..Liz and Linda

Stayed here recently for 14 nights. Had a private transfer from the airport which took about 15 minutes. Easy check in and a friendly guy on reception. We had an executive room with a lovely sea view on the 5th floor. Spacious room with a lovely walk in shower and very clean. We were all inclusive and although the food can get repetitive, we didn’t go hungry and no complaints about the drinks. Lovely pool and although there was music some days and only random times, it wasn’t a problem for us. Some people decided they needed to go down before 7 to save their sun beds, but really no need. Staff were all great and an asset to the hotel. Took us about an hour to walk into Rhodes town.

A great place to stay. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice (we were in an executive room). When we arrived, which was around 11:30pm a plate of food and bottles of water were left in the fridge. Very much appreciated. We were half board, so had breakfast and dinner. The food is nice and there is lots of variety. You can buy soft drinks, alcohol and food at the little bar by the pool, if you are half board (free is you are all inclusive) and it is reasonably priced. The pool area is nice with lots of sun beds. You can get a beach towel from reception for a €10 deposit (you can change every two days). Buses into the old town are frequently and cheap. The hotel is modern and clean. There is nothing I didn’t like. I would recommend this place, for sure.

The hotel room it’s self was very clean, and the cleaners need more credit for the work they do as they are working from morning to evening, all restaurant and reception staff are very kind and make you feel welcomed. Make sure you bring bite spray as there is a lot of ants and we have been bit many times. The entertainment starts at 9:30pm and finishes around 10:45…. for the bingo it’s 10euro for one ticket. The food is okay but very repetitive and a lot of the food is used over 3 days with different flavours just added, also there is not a lot of choice for puddings at meal times, one of the days in the restaurant there were red ants all over the floor under one of the chairs, when we told the staff they was quick to act on it but one staff member shrugged his shoulders and didn’t seem very interested.. If you need the toilet at anytime use your room toilet as the toilets around the hotel are AWFUL the doors are see through and one of the toilets is balancing on a wooden stump you can see each other using the toilet which was very uncomfortable. I would definitely say this hotel would be a 3* and not a 4* just from my experience.

The hotel is just as it says.. ☀️ The beds & rooms are very comfortable and clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed for 2 weeks All Inclusive.. we have eaten in the hotel every day for breakfast & lunch and sometimes ventured out for evening meals. Rhodes town is 10 minutes on a bus and the bus stop is outside the hotel! There are local bars and restaurants and shops, close to the hotel too. We go home today but we could have definitely stayed longer! We would com back. Lovely hotel 🥰

Just got back from an amazing holiday at the Belair Beach hotel … we arrived late in the evening and had a warm welcome from reception. When we got to our room we found two plates of food made up for us in the fridge. A lovely gesture. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well for the whole duration. Air conditioning works well and was quiet. We had an executive room in the newer block and it was a large comfortable room with a great sized bathroom (a massive shower). The room seemed soundproof as we never heard any noise even in the evenings whereas at other hotels I have been disturbed. The food … great choice at breakfast and evening (we were half board) and I am vegetarian and there were loads of different options … cannot fault the food at all. The best to come… the staff at the hotel seem to work as a friendly super efficient team… all the cleaning staff were friendly and cheerful and were constantly on it to keep the hotel sparkling. The wait staff in the dining area also happy and super hardworking … shout out to KIKI and NAJAPOS our servers for the duration. Thank you 🙏 Pool areas are clean and sun beds plentiful although lots of people were reserving sun beds as early as 7am! WHY?? Our only criticism is that we like peace and quiet and the main pool was very noisy with activities taking place and a resident DJ playing music. So we didn’t use the pools but instead went over to the beach. Sea is gorgeous and was warm enough to swim in (warmer than the ice cold swimming pools actually) although the beach isn’t pretty as it’s mainly pebbles. However, you need to cross a very busy main road to get to the beach. We didn’t have a problem as there is a crossing area outside the Sheraton hotel, or go under the road at Rhodos Hotel. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend if you like busy places but not so much if you like quiet places.
