Definitely a 3* hotel. We stayed here as a family of 4 on a B&B basis. The room was very basic but was good enough for what we wanted. Breakfast was your usual buffet but my daughter really struggled with finding anything to eat. Staff at reception was always friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Pool is adequate for the hotel size. Plenty of sunbeds for the hotel size. The hotel also has sunbeds reserved on the beach but I would suggest getting early for these. Ideal location on the seafront. Plenty of bars/restaurants to the left and right of hotel.

Food: the same pork, chicken and fish each day with one local dish (although this may just be the veg side dish), spaghetti bolognese and chips lunch and dinner, and the same two puddings on rotation. The same ham rolls by the pool each lunchtime. No allergens listed and often the food wasn’t labelled at all. All inclusive ends the morning of your last day, regardless of flight time. No bottled water available. Food was nice and you won’t starve, but it did get boring. Drinks: cocktails only available for a few hours in the evening and you get constantly shouted at by the staff about bringing your glasses back. You can only have one drink at a time - so no soft drink with a wine or ordering for your party at the same time. Rooms: very noisy, dated and no plugs by a mirror. Beds made and floors mopped each day, but the bathroom not cleaned during our stay and no dusting etc done. Towels not always replaced so some chasing required. Staff: dining staff were lovely and very attentive, some bar staff were lovely but some acted like you were an inconvenience to them. Pool: not used by many people at all, as it is so cold. You will always find a sun lounger, but these start to be put away by 5pm as the pool gets closed off. Free loungers on the lovely beach opposite.

The hotel itself was fine, there wasn't much entertainment,we were all inclusive but you were only allowed beer or wine from 10 am till 6 pm, which is fine if you drink these Then you could have spirits 6 pm until 11 pm then u had to pay after that till 1 am We arrived late the evening of check in so everything was closed Then on our last day we checked out at 11 am which was fine but they also took our all inclusive band off as well and we had an evening flight Which I think is unfair, all the other hotels I've stayed at have let us keep our all inclusive until we leave, so we only actually got 9 days all inclusive, we was meant to get a a la carte meal on our stay but was charged for it The man behind the bar was friendly, at night, but in the day the lady wasn't friendly at all,she barely smiled

The hotel was very dated, the maid didn't come to clean our room ,the breakfast was average, the beach was so pebley ,I am never going there again,on the other foot the hotel was 10 minutes away from all bars and restaurants , we found a excursion place and booked to go to lindos that was a beautiful place a must visit.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Food is repetitive but delicious. Don’t let the 3 start put you off, before I arrived I read the reviews and was so worried. Here now and it’s such a lovely hotel. The owner/management seem to be really pleasant. The owner cannot speak as he has a condition so we have been told, there for this may be why other reviewers say he looks grumpy, he’s not I’m sure he’s a lovely man. We haven’t had a single issue during our stay. Pure respect to the cleaning ladies as there are 2 and one cleans one side of the hotel rooms and the other on the other side, they could easily be cleaning up to 30/50 rooms a day as there are 102 rooms in this hotel, so if there is a cleaning issue I’m sure it’s not on purpose, they have a busy day on their hands especially in the heat. Bartenders are lovely and so are the waitresses in the diner. Our room got cleaned daily & towel change daily, our bed even got stripped and re made with fresh bedding each day. There is no fighting for sun loungers as there are plenty of them, there are lounges on the beach just over the road that belong to the hotel (free of charge). Supermarket just next door and plenty bars/restaurants if you turn left or right from the hotel, also a bus stop just outside the Sheraton hotel, on the left of this hotel. Tickets are €1.80 single fare, that can be purchased in the supermarket next door, it takes you straight into the old town.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We did not interact much with hotel staff, they didn't seem interested. It was quite dull but an alright place to stay if you don't want to spend much time at the hotel.

Hotel room was clean… housekeeper was lovely… didn’t feel welcomed at all by staff. Luckily we chose the self catering option so didn’t need spend much time there. Lady behind the bar seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Can’t comment on food as we went out. Overall won’t be back

Look, I’ll be honest, it’s not 3 stars! It was pleasant enough but all in all I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Yes the staff were nice enough, yes the hotel was clean but the ‘all inclusive’ was anything but, where other reviewers were getting their excellent variety of food from I don’t know! The choice of all-inclusive food and drinks was extremely limited. Any decent cocktails you had to pay for, the snacks outside of the meal times were warmed up left overs. The beach opposite the hotel was blocked by the car park and wasn’t picturesque by any means, the area itself was definitely lacking any sort of nightlife or atmosphere. Next time, I’ll spend a bit more money because that extra star to make a four star hotel is definitely worth it.
