Strategic position near the metro and in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of restaurant and shops. Comfortable room, essential, but with everything needed. The bathroom was well equipped with towels and soap. The staff was very kind. Not expensive.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Brussels with some good restaurants nearby. Close to a metro station and also 20 minutes walk from both the European Parliament and the centre. The staff were really friendly and kind. Will definitely be my first choice if I come to Brussels again.

We stayed for one night prior to our return train to London. The hotel was located approx 10 minutes walk from the metro station Louise which is on the same line as Brussels Midi so easy to get around. There were a good selection of restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was a good bar downstairs where you could relax at leisure. We paid approximately £80 for a double room (no breakfast). We would happily stay here again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, per l'ultimo dell'anno passato a Bruxelles. Ottima posizione sia a piedi la città che per la metropolitana. Stanza eccellente, sia per dimensioni, arredo che tranquillità del sonno. Albergatore molto carino e disponibile a dare consigli. Alla prossima volta a Bruxelles ci ritorneremo. This is a kind of retro-funky place, a block off a busy main drag and a few blocks away from cafes and restaurants. We liked,the laid-back staff, but didn’t pay for the breakfast buffet. Our room was spacious with a huge bathroom. The squeaky floors, dour carpeting, combined with a creaky, small, slow elevator lack zoom and the building is showing its age.

Lovely hotel, with comfy clean rooms, but in particular all the staff were so nice. The bar had interesting local beers, (but I'd have liked a zero alcohol beer option). The location was very convinient- about 30 minutes walk to town center or Gara du Midii for the shuttlebus to the airport. I'd stay here again next time I'm in the city.

Lovely hotel and good location well served with public transport. Good cafes and restaurants options at short walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable, spacious room. The only minor downside which is could be a negative for summer nights is the room is warm. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment.

a really average stay. few things - air con did not work and was not fixed when asked - floors creek so loud - lift can only handle two people and is a bit shaky - seems unsafe - lift always had house keeping's laundry trolley in there - always had to move it out - hair dryer did not work - would be on and off - if you are on the fifth floor you need to take the lift to fourth floor then walk up the stairs to the fifth floor - can be hard if you have lots of luggage - soundproofing also is not great - we could hear our neighbours staff were helpful but the facilities weren't that great for the price.
