Great hotel, clean room, and the location is nice too. The counter is also supportive and will help you to store your luggage in case you need to visit somewhere else during your checkout

Good hotel! Clean. Comfortable room and bed. We were able to request a kettle and leave our belongings at reception before checking into our room 👍🏼. The only complaint was that the breakfast was nothing special and it was busy, so the organization wasn't perfect.

The room is small so I can't open my suitcase. But it's clean and the bathroom is really pretty. There's a coffee machine so I can drink coffee with capsules. It's also nice to walk around the area.

The brunch at the cafe opposite is delicious! The cleaning lady doesn't speak English but she used gestures to get me what I wanted. I was really happy.

There is no way to reach the hotel via phone or email. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Accidentally left a valuable item in the hotel. They will not respond to try and get it shipped even offered to pay. Called over 12 times with no answer and sent 4 emails no responses. Disappointing, my bad for leaving something but they could have the decency to answer the phone.

The hotel is a little far away from the station and main attractions. There are many uphill sections when going to the hotel, and some sections of the road are under construction.
The hotel lobby has many different styles of seating areas. It is spacious and has an elevator.
The style of the room is minimalist, the environment is clean, and the space is small (it is a bit crowded and cannot store two open suitcases flatly); the shower room has a shower head, which is strong enough, but the drainage is very slow; there is no air conditioning in the room and does not need to be turned on The window is breathable, but the sound from the road outside is very noisy after opening the window.
The breakfast is rich and delicious, and you have to go to the counter to get hot water.
The staff at the hotel counter were kind and friendly. When I checked out, I met a girl who could speak Chinese.
