Clean and modest hotel. The bathroom was a bit disappointing, it reminded me of a Soviet Union renovation. The beds are comfortable, good water pressure. Friendly staff. Also coffee/tea is always available at the reception. Close to the metro, shopping street. A gorgeous Ferris wheel with a view of the city. I liked the area, but the price/room ratio is not very good. Perhaps this is a good option in Brussels for more than 100€ per day, but it seemed expensive to me for this room.
