早目に到着してしまい、チェックイン可能かということと、駐車場の場所を教えて貰うため一時的に障害者専用駐車場に止めた。(他の場所がなくホテル入口に止めると邪魔になると思った。)
フロントの方から、障害者専用なので駐車しないように言われた。車に家族も乗車しており、常識的に駐車はしない。言い方がとても不快に感じた。
駐車場は先の立体となることを教えて貰えたら良いだけではないか。
不快な対応から旅行が始まり楽しくなくなった。

I stayed in a comfort single room.
Maybe because the bathroom is on the upper floor, the noise from footsteps and other noises is so bad I can't sleep.
I asked the front desk, but they didn't offer to change rooms. Even though it's only a small price difference, if the comfort type is too noisy to sleep, a normal room would be fine.
