The hotel, the food service, everything is good. The food is delicious. The staff is good. But when checking out, they said that the TV in the room is broken. The screen has scratches. Even though when staying, I turned on and off the TV as usual. But I confirmed with the hotel. I didn't do anything to the TV.

部屋は清潔感があり、夕食はメニューがお膳で運ばれてくる形式で、豪華さはないが刺身、焼き物、お吸い物、デザートまで一通り揃っているという感じ。但し、「仙台牛食べ比べ」の謳い文句で予約したが、小さい肉片が3枚あるだけでした。これはがっかりでした。お風呂は小さいが「温泉」という感じでした。立地は自家用車の利用ではないとコンビニ行くのも難しい場所です。

This hotel is far away from all other onsen hotels in Iwaki city, shopping centers, and train stations. If you have a car, this is a nice hotel to stay in this area. I have enjoyed the onsen here. My room was larger and cleaner than average Japanese hotels
