初めてハワイアンズに行ってモノリスタワーに泊まりました。わからないことだらけで、行く前にお電話したところ、大変丁寧な回答をしていただきました。受付の方も丁寧な対応で気持ち良く過ごせました。小さいタオルも貸していただけたら良かったです。
与一のお風呂にもタオルがあると助かります。

I used to go there every year before COVID-19, but I went for the first time in 4 years since the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, you could buy slider tickets at the hotel front desk, but apparently you can no longer do so. Also, there was a luggage storage service after check-out, but guests who came by car could not store their luggage, so they were told to store it in their car. The buffet was obviously full of frozen or instant foods, and nothing tasted good except for the roast beef. The attitude of the female staff member who acted as a doorman was also not very good, and I was disappointed, thinking, "Huh? Was this the kind of hotel it was?" Also, although it has nothing to do with the hotel, the Hawaiians pool was unclear about the barefoot zone and the footwear zone, the facilities were old, and it was dirty and not cleaned properly.

The room was spacious and relaxing. I recommend the Monolith Tower. It was nice that we didn't have to change clothes every time we stayed there because they provided pajamas (which doubled as indoor clothing). The Hula Girl Show and Fire Show in the separate building were amazing. The souvenir shop is open until late, but after the show, it seems to be flooded with customers and takes a long time to pay. If you want to take your time browsing, it might be better to finish your shopping early. There is no place to wash your body in the open-air bath "Edo Jowa Yoichi," so you can only soak. The projection mapping was disappointing. The food at the buffet was very good. The staff were all kind and I had a pleasant stay. This is a great hotel that I would like to come back to.
