All the staff we met were very nice and at least tried to help - some newness showed as not everyone was fully trained or new answers to fairly basic questions. We knew the resort was still under construction and that there would be noise from time to time but what we didnt expect was routine dynamite explosions directly across the street from our room. Thankfully that ended early in the day so didnt disrupt sleep. The most important letdown was NO WHERE on the website or any communication we received did they inform us that the pool and hot tub are closed! The sad thing is the only reason we were given was its due to a railing needing repaired - all the pool chairs and everything are set up and ready to go.
