I had stayed in Punthill Ivanhoe for several times in past few years. Our experiences were very good each time. The staff were helpful and kind. The rooms were neat and tidy. I highly recommend to other travelers wishing to stay in Heidelberg or Ivanhoe.

Nice and spacious room. Good location if visiting the hospital but nothing else available nearby and very exhausting to walk uphill with the luggages. There’s a small gymnasium where they placed some extra necessities. The room was comfy and clean though the balcony a bit dusty.

The ladies at the reception were super lovely and helpful.
Apartment was amazing.
Next time l will request a higher level as traffic was very noisy.
