Realmente uma infelicidade ter investido meu dinheiro neste hotel. Atentem à cozinha e à limpeza do local. Sai de lá com uma virose horrível, por conta de intoxicação alimentar. Vomitei a noite toda e o hotel não dispôs, minimamente, de nada para me amparar, nem mesmo um kit primeiros socorros eles tinham disponível. A vigilância sanitária precisa urgentemente fazer uma visitinha ao local! Além do mais a piscina suja, com cadeiras internas caídas e estragadas. Dinheiro jogado fora!

Hotel antigo situado na cidade de Itu, apenas 5 quilômetros do centro da cidade. Por ser um hotel fazendo, tem uma área verde grande, ideal para caminhadas. Pontos Positivos: Atendimento em geral é bom. A comida é bem variada e com um tempero caseiro que não incomoda O sistema é all inclusive mas não inclui bebidas Os prédios são antigos mas renovados e bem conservados Pontos Negativos: A área de lazer é horrível. Salão de jogos com peças quebradas A academia praticamente não existe. Sem equipamentos e todos velhos ou não funcionando A sauna (existe) mas não é ligada (e olha que ficamos num final de semana) As quadras (tenis, volei, futebol) estão sem nenhuma manutenção, cheias de mato, iluminação danificada. Basicamente ninguém usa A água da piscina estava turva, necessitando de melhor manejo por parte do pessoal da manutenção Dica: Se tiver crianças, não recomendo pois vão ficar entediadas rapidamente Para casais apenas a piscina é a distração. Nâo tem nenhuma programação para adultos (bingos, passeios, etc)

Poderia ser melhor
O hotel parece que já teve seu auge. Apesar de ter uma boa estrutura e bem conservado parecia que estava abandonado. Não haviam funcionários, a recreação era muito desanimada e nem a programação seguiam. Apagaram as luzes da piscina as 19h e não havia nenhum funcionário por perto para pedirmos para acender ou nos atender no bar. Mandei mensagem na recepção e só me responderam no dia seguinte. Em nossa reserva aparecia que tinham 6 refeições, porém, a noite fomos perguntar sobre a ceia e mesmo estando com o horário e local descritos em um informativo entregue falaram que isso não existia. A comida é simples mas muito gostosa.

People were very nice, but didn’t speak English, so download a translator on your phone and you will be fine. The food was great! Buffet style, fresh squeezed orange juice!!! Furniture as was stated before was dated but we loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful and quiet, lovely grounds.

Este ano a experiência não foi boa. faz quase 10 anos que vimos para cá e estamos reavaliando. Banheiros comuns imundos e sem sabão, limpeza da piscina com químicos durante o dia (nenhum hóspede pode usar). O que salva é a equipe muito atenciosa mas sem orientação correta da gerência e a empresa de monitoria para as crianças.
