Percebi pelas avaliações que o Hotel mudou recentemente o nome e a administração . Vou falar dos pontos positivos e negativos . Pontos positivos:No geral eu e a minha família tivemos uma experiência muito agradável e momentos felizes no hotel . Para a minha filha de 7 anos foi tudo impecável , a estrutura e a recreação são incríveis . Nota 10 para a Equipe de recreação . A estrutura externa do hotel está bem bonita e bem cuidada . A alimentação eu gostei da variedade e sabor . Pontos negativos : atendimento no bar é lento , precisa de mais funcionários . Na hora das refeições , também foi notório que o número de funcionários não dão conta. Algumas vezes faltou talheres . O pior ponto negativo foi o quarto . O quarto não condiz com o hotel que está sendo bem cuidado. O quarto é antigo , sem cuidados , ar condicionado velho sem controle de temperatura . Os quartos precisam urgentemente serem reformados . Eu fiquei no quarto 121 ( muito ruim) . Queremos voltar no Hotel ,mas aguardo por quartos melhores.

The Hotel has new management, called Brisa Itu now. The whole family loved it! The children had activities from the beginning to the end of the day. They had so much fun! For adults: sun, pool and peace. We will definitely be back. It was really good.
