Nossa experiência no hotel foi excelente do início ao fim. Tudo muito bem organizado, limpo e com ótimo padrão de higiene. O serviço é rápido e atencioso, sempre com funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. A comida merece destaque: variedade, sabor e qualidade em todas as refeições. Mas o que realmente faz diferença é a equipe – a recreação é incrível, animada e envolvente, deixando adultos e crianças sempre com boas opções de lazer. E o bar, então? Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no Novotel Resort em ITU e não poderíamos deixar de elogiar duas equipes que realmente fizeram a diferença na nossa estadia! Primeiramente, a equipe do bar é simplesmente sensacional! Os drinks são incríveis – criativos, bem apresentados e com sabores surpreendentes. Os workshops de drinks foram um dos pontos altos para nós: divertidos, bem organizados e com uma equipe super simpática e atenciosa. Dá pra ver que todos ali trabalham com paixão pelo que fazem. Parabéns! E não posso deixar de mencionar a equipe de recreação, que conquistou totalmente os nossos filhos! Eles amaram cada segundo das atividades – tudo muito bem pensado, seguro e divertido. É ótimo poder relaxar sabendo que nossos filhos estão sendo tão bem cuidados e se divertindo tanto.
