O hotel é gostoso, bem localizado e os quartos são bons. Tem piscina, que estava bem gelada,mas uma jacuzzi ( com hora marcada) que compensava. O restaurante tem comida saborosa, café da manhã bem variado,e alguns itens refil ( refrigerante, café, sorvete).

Já é a quarta vez que visito este hotel, e infelizmente a qualidade do atendimento só piora a cada vez. O restaurante, que deveria ser um diferencial, principalmente por ser próprio do hotel, tem se mostrado cada vez mais despreparado — especialmente no atendimento a famílias com crianças. Em todas as visitas recentes, os pedidos vieram errados, mesmo com explicações claras. A cozinha mostra desorganização, e a chef parece despreparada para lidar com adaptações simples ou até com o básico.Falta preparo, sensibilidade e, principalmente, flexibilidade para lidar com o público infantil, apesar de alegar recebê-los bem, com espaços para crianças como brinquedoteca e quartos temáticos não atendem bem as necessidades desse público. É frustrante ver um lugar com tanto potencial não acompanhar as demandas dos hóspedes que retornam.Não pretendo voltar enquanto não houver mudanças reais na postura da equipe. — especialmente famílias.O ambiente em si é agradável, mas a postura e a rigidez das regras do local, principalmente no restaurante tornam a experiência desconfortável. Não recomendo para quem viaja com crianças.

Pessimo atendimento! Falta de gerenciamento! Confusão na recepção… sem quartos disponíveis às 14 hrs e tínhamos um casamento às 15:30 hrs.. sendo que a van sairia às 15 hrs do hotel! Disponibilizaram quartos com pessoas dentro tomando banho…. Enfim uma bagunça e falta de gerenciamento total! Tivemos que pagar um Uber para ir para o casamento pois o quarto de solteiro( reservei de casal) ficou pronto as 14:45… Não recomento ainda mais se tiver compromisso!!! Arrependimento total de não ter ido para o Íbis! Decepção com qualidade do quarto….. fora a água que me cobraram depois de tudo isso por 7,50…
