If we hadn't negotiated repeatedly, we would have had to drag our children and luggage to the third-floor guest rooms where there was no elevator through an outdoor passage. And no one came to help us the next day, so we had to carry the luggage by ourselves. Except for one handsome old man who was polite and courteous, the customer service staff in the restaurant were not flexible enough. In short, this was the hotel with the worst value for money during our nine-day stay in Japan.
