兩個單人床+榻榻米和屋。陽台海景好評！能聽着海浪聲入眠。酒店頂層的温泉很棒，風景漂亮私密性也不錯。晚餐早餐都很豐富，不過周圍沒有餐館和商店衹能在酒店一樓購買。

非常棒的酒店！我們一家三口入住時就已經分配好了房間，前台有一位中國接待員，非常詳細的為我們介紹了酒店各種設施和地理位置。入住還送了小朋友小煙花，房間內還送了小點心。酒店大堂有各種尺寸的小朋友的浴衣，可以帶回房間更換，私湯150元一小時價格也非常合理，非常滿意！

The hotel facilities are old, and even though the room was ready, they still asked me to wait until 3:00 PM. That's understandable.
The hotel has two buildings, connected by an indoor corridor that requires a room card for access.
On check-out day, I wanted to go to the other building for paid breakfast. Since I had just checked out, I asked the hotel for a card for temporary access. They refused, stating that only hotel guests could use the corridor. Does that mean I'm no longer a hotel guest just after checking out? I can't understand such inhumane and rigid rules.

非常糟糕的體驗，可能是國內各種平台把大室山伊豆的行程營造的特別美好，所以這裏的酒店生意逐漸變好，導致這家酒店有點飄了。
酒店設計問題糟糕
酒店有3棟樓，主樓、南樓、專門的洗浴樓
如果你訂南樓的客房，你要注意了，因為泡澡吃飯等等設施都在主樓和洗浴樓，所以你住在南樓就會非常不方便，各種電梯樓層的倒換，如果家庭成員中有腿腳不便又一定得住這家酒店的，請一定要住在主樓。
服務態度極差
住過n次日本温泉酒店，第一次遇到服務能這麼極差的，可以攜程不能評0分~內部管理混亂：由於攜程委託樂淘訂的這家酒店，他們默認給我們吃飯地點安排在洗浴樓，所以我們要從南樓倒換到主樓，主樓再倒換到洗浴樓去吃飯，好不容易到達洗浴樓，服務生沒有搞清楚狀況，説這邊沒有我們的用餐，我們都差點走了，多問了前台一句，又説我們是在洗浴樓吃得。管理混亂且對我們造成了錯誤指引，全程沒有人道歉。給的是極差的定食料理，把我們一家子5人丟在那吃菜吃了2個小時才來問我們米飯什麼時候上，我們早就説需要米飯了，遲遲不上，最後還是沒有道歉。諸多不滿之後我們找管理人員投訴，管理人員把酒店裡會中文的工作人員推出來頂壓力，還好通行人員有會日文的，最後與酒店前台的日本人經理交流的，日本人説：我們酒店就是這樣的，我們沒有問題，你儘管去投訴去網上發佈好啦~傲慢的日本人欺負旅客。
酒店的優勢
雖然各方面都很差，但是酒店的海景温泉還行，可能這就是他們能驕傲的點吧？另外，我第一次遇到入住酒店還需要花錢體驗高層温泉的，即使是温泉百名名單的成員也沒有這樣的額外消費要求的，真是的讓我開眼了。
總結
如果你要預訂這家酒店，請做好走迷宮，被日本人欺負，讓你行程不愉快的準備，花同樣的錢，還是去其他酒店試試吧~這家酒店會讓你的行程遺憾憤怒的。
