全木質結構的建築，內部外部維護的都非常好，住在裏面很有感覺呢。還有自助廚房，和公共餐廳，私湯和公共浴室任君挑選，好棒！裏面住的老外居多，都非常nice！

本次伊豆之旅，安排一晚住在伊東，選擇了這傢俱有百年歷史的日式伊東温泉K’s。額外的驚喜是，回國後整理以前的明信片藏品時，竟然發現一張這個酒店1950年代外景的明信片。站在松川大橋上拍攝，右側圓頂建築就是這家酒店，70多年過去了幾乎沒有變化。
價格：雖然這家是青年旅社，但我們選擇了帶獨立浴室的河景豪華日式房，雙人一晚600+。
房間：28平米，日式房間很大。還有可以欣賞松川河景的陽台。
交通：酒店離伊東站走路不到十分鐘。從伊東站坐電車和公交去大室山和城崎海岸及伊豆高原站，還算方便。
景點：雖然伊東衹是伊豆行的中轉住宿點，但第二天早上在附近的松川和海邊的雕塑公園隨便逛了逛，還蠻不錯的。
亮點：酒店本身就是日本歷史文化財，百年歷史保護建築。作為歷史建築店裡的温泉池不算太大，可以理解，重在體驗。因為屬於青年旅社，也可以選擇更加便宜的房間、床位和公共温泉浴室，還有洗衣機、廚房可以使用。
周邊：在伊東站和酒店之間有24小時7-11，臨街商家晚上20點後基本都關了，但之後還是有居酒屋可以用餐。
其他：由於伊東晚上店鋪關門都比較早，如果晚於20：30到店，需要提前和酒店聯繫安排拿大門和房間鑰匙。

一棟非常有年代感的老建築，不能用常規的酒店標準來要求，公共區域，配套都很不錯，一樓的休息區很大，窗外就是小河。可以泡温泉，一般人不太多

四人入住的榻榻米房間，乾淨整潔，衞生間和洗手池在房間內，浴室是帶温泉的，有單人私湯、也有公共的；一樓有很大的公共區域，也有廚房、冰箱、廚具、調味品等
交通便利，離伊東站步行5-10分鐘，離海邊也近
附近吃飯也很方便，對面有一家鰻魚飯據説也比較有名，但當天已經售罄；魚樂亭也很近，吃到了美味的紅鯛魚定食

房間除了沒有獨立衞生間以外其他挺棒的，私人温泉如果沒有人使用的話可以去泡，比較人性化。温泉税加上浴衣加上牙刷一共花了600一個人。房間是典型的和式房間，需要自己鋪床，河景還不錯，泡了温泉之後穿上浴衣在陽台看河景，非常愜意。美中不足是沒有電梯，行李要自己走樓梯拿上去，不太方便，其他都還可以。

這是一家青年旅舍管理模式的酒店，酒店在老房子裏 ，房間是榻榻米，衞浴公共。（這點我比較難接受）但它有非常棒的公共廚房和休息區域。因為是老房子，一個晚上外面風大，窗户就哐當哐當滴響。
