Ito Hotel Juraku

I thought the hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful. Both staff members offered to take photos for me, and everyone greeted me with a smile at the buffet, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. I would definitely use the hotel again.

The food is really bad..

The hotel service is OK, but the food at the buffet dinner is average, the fish and sashimi are not fresh, the steak is average**, and there are many foods that are not added and there are not many desserts. Overall, it is not up to standard.

⁡All rooms have ocean views. We stayed at the "Premium Ocean View Open-Air Bath Room" that opened in April 2024 at Ito Hotel Juraku, an all-inclusive white hotel located on a hill in Ito. The view is outstanding and the rooms are beautiful and artistic! The spring quality is good, with a pH of 8.3, making it soft and smooth, the beds are Simmons and extremely comfortable, and the amenities are Omnisance and Refa, which are popular among women. The newly opened buffet dining "AMAHANA", which is full of liveliness and has a concept of a cruise, has an amazing lineup of food and drinks, and the live kitchen makes it extremely entertaining, and it was delicious, the hospitality was high, and the hospitality was kind, and it was the best. In addition, the facilities are abundant with foot baths, hand baths, pools, lounges, live piano performances, workshops, game corners, massage chairs, and more, and the large baths and saunas are fully equipped, so you can play to your heart's content without having to sleep! As expected, I was able to experience the power of the long-established "Juraku Group" that was founded 100 years ago. It was a wonderful hotel full of charm that is loved and supported by its guests, and the high level of hospitality was even better than I expected. I was comforted from start to finish by the fact that everyone came out to see me off at the end, making it a memorable stay. I would like to stay again.

I went there because they were pre-opening a part of the building during renovation. It was my first time in the main building, but there was a Western-style room overlooking the sea, a bedroom with a bed and a living room with a TV were separate, and the couch sofa bed was comfortable. Everything was new (although there was still a slight smell of the interior), the lace curtains were blue, and the carpet was a lovely blue and brown that reminded me of the shore. Only a part of the bath was available due to construction, but I was satisfied because I was able to use the different carefully selected baths in the main building and the garden terrace building. The restaurant where you eat has also become larger with an open kitchen, and there are many Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes for dinner and breakfast that use plenty of fresh ingredients. It's too much to eat in one night. However, for dinner, even though we had reserved a seat, they said "please feel free to come." You can choose a venue with a view like before, but how do you find a place that is hidden by a screen or separated to the left and right? I want them to improve this. There were no sweets in the room like in a typical hot spring inn, and I was wondering what to buy as a souvenir, and ended up buying something I already knew the taste of before. The gift shop is closed when the vending machines for drinks are only located in front of the large public bath on the second floor, so you have to bring your own drinks.
