I had been interested in this hotel for a while, so I stayed here for two nights with my dog. I made a reservation without paying much attention to the room category, so it was a shame that there was no bath in the room, but there was a private open-air bath, and I was grateful that I could check the availability on the monitor in the hallway and use it anytime without a reservation. The large public bath was not as big as I expected, but there was a sauna for one person. I used it for two days and did not meet any other guests. The horse mackerel fillet for breakfast was thick and very delicious. Night crying soba is served free of charge, and you can choose between salt and soy sauce. The amount is moderately small, so it is just right before going to bed (some people had multiple refills). The female staff at the manager level responded flexibly to our requests. All the other staff share the same way of speaking and behavior toward dogs, but what bothered me a little was, how can I put it? Maybe it's like their eyes are not smiling. It felt like the service was following a manual. It was by no means unpleasant, but I felt that it was a shame that the response was mechanical. However, there are still very few accommodations where you can stay with your dog 24/7. The quality of the facility is determined by the owner's manners. I hope that Ubud no Mori will continue to become a top brand of pet-friendly hotels.
