房間很小，臨街能看到海，隔音效果不好，價格和服務設施不匹配。因為當天到的時間較晚，沒有什麼服務。就餐是定食，不太符合中國胃，吃飯是隔斷半包圍就餐。味道很一般，温泉也不是很大，用的洗漱用品也不是很好。温泉洗完的冰激淋不好吃。沒有對比就沒有傷害，和天悠沒法比，還比天悠費用高

之前在小紅書刷到過，這家酒店歧視中國人，出門時衹問中國人要房間鑰匙。這把鑰匙上面有個圓形木牌，可能是手工製作的。沒想到這件事也被我遇到了。
這是一家2017年開業的酒店，在當地算是比較新的。8月5日，司導陪同我們辦理入住登記時，我們選擇了"衹收垃圾、換毛巾，不打掃"的服務。8月6日早上10點，我在大廳門口等家人下樓，可以清楚看到從電梯到門口的客人，但沒看到有人交鑰匙。10點半家人出來後，有個客服人員追到門外問我要鑰匙。
我用VoiceTra翻譯軟件詢問："這是強制要求嗎？"對方回答不是，但還是繼續索要鑰匙。我又問："你們對中國人和日本人都要收鑰匙嗎？"對方衹是對我尷尬地笑了笑。我通過翻譯軟件表示會妥善保管鑰匙，但她仍然堅持要收。最後我強調會自己保管好，然後離開了酒店。
後來我讓攜程客服幫忙瞭解情況，酒店回覆説需要鑰匙才能打掃衞生。但晚上回到酒店時，發現兩個房間都已經打掃好了。8月6日早上，我去前台詢問，前台態度很一般，被她説的就要相信酒店確實打掃要交鑰匙的規定。正好遇到一家四口的中國遊客出門，他們會説日語，上前詢問後得知，他們前一天房間被打掃時，既沒有交鑰匙，也沒聽説過要留鑰匙才能打掃這回事。他們當天還繼續住在這家酒店。我把了解到的情況告訴前台，這時前台才説了"對不起"，與之前理直氣壯的樣子反差很大。我覺得這種行為特別沒有禮貌。當天要退房，我讓攜程日本客服繼續聯繫酒店，想要一個回覆。攜程反饋説這家酒店前台態度不好，不肯道歉。攜程客服聯繫了兩天，給我的答覆很令人失望，客服也確實盡力了。能對客服態度不好，對中國客人更糟糕。
這是一次非常不好的體驗。實話實説，酒店餐廳服務很好，但前台真的有問題。

除了設施沒有傳統老牌酒店那麼齊全外（沒有來回JR的班車但可以代CALL出租，沒有熨燙機，沒有瓶裝水但是有壺裝的冰水這點蠻貼心），其它真的很滿意。服務無可挑剔，無論前台還是餐飲的服務人員都超級熱情和NICE，會出門迎送。景色也很美，對面就是沙灘，晚上在海邊很舒服。一泊二食都是精緻的日式料理，而且獨立隔間，很私密不被打擾。
