I’m not sure how anyone could have had a bad experience at this hotel. It is in the most beautiful location, the food and design are wonderful and staff were warm and friendly. The rooms are a bit small as in most historic properties, but who would want to stay in the room with that gorgeous water view outside? The swimming - with sea turtles- was amazing!

Hotel situato a Limeni direttamente sul mare. Ottima ristrutturazione di tutto lo stabile. La camera non era vista mare, molto spaziosa con bagno molto grande. Buona la pulizia. La colazione viene servita al momento con specialità locali, ma non mi è piaciuta tantissimo, non era possibile avere pane tostato al posto di quello servito. La vista dall’hotel è bellissima, dai lettini a disposizione si può osservare il bellissimo tramonto e alla mattina si vedono le tartarughe che nuotano. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ alto.

I think this is an overestimated boutique hotel. The room we stayed was extremely small and without any decoration or convinience. The owner is not really polite allthough he tries to appear civilized . The only advantage hotel has is the location just in front of the sea where people and tourists swimm.Nevertheless beach is not private so anyone can choose one of the many other hotels iat this area, cheaper hotels and swim at the same place and sea.If I visit this nice touristic place again i will never stay at this hotel again

Das Hotel befindet sich in alten Mauern, die behutsam zu einem Ansitz direkt an der felsigen Küste renoviert wurden. Der Innenhof präsentiert sich geschmackvoll. Auf der Terrasse, die direkt aufs Meer schaut, können die gezählten Gäste stilvoll speisen. Das Frühstück ist grandios, Abendessen gibt es nicht an jedem Abend, was kein Problem ist, weil es genügend Tavernen in der näheren Umgebung gibt. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht mit türkisfarbenem Wasser hat ein Gewölbe und dicke Steinmauern, die weiß getüncht sind. Sonst ist das Zimmer eher klein und einfach ausgestattet - aber es hat Charme! Wir haben hier fünf Tage verbracht. Die vier Meeresschildkröten, die regelmäßig in der wunderschönen Bucht schwimmen, sind eine Attraktion, die wir auch von unserem Zimmerfenster verfolgen konnten. Allerdings ist es ratsam, eine gewisse Distanz zu halten, da eine gern beißt. Einziger Nachteil: Manche Liegen auf der Terrasse verfügen über zu wenig Schatten. Könnte mit zusätzlichen Sonnenschirmen geändert werden!

Отель в бухте Лимани оставил незабываемые впечатления. Кристально чистая вода с лазурным цветом и встречи с морской черепахой - это что-то удивительное! Прекрасные виды на бухту добавили восторга. Особенно порадовало, что отель разместился в реставрированном историческом здании, что придало ему аутентичный характер. Небольшая комната и ограниченные возможности для высыхания вещей с пляжа были единственными недостатками. Но дружелюбный персонал сделал наше пребывание еще более приятным.

Everything in Limeni is outstanding. This is a hidden jem. One of my favorite spots in all of Greece. Sea turtles, crystal clear water, and amazing restaurants. Well worth the trip. This is a spot that Greeks enjoy.

What a great stay at Pirgos Mavromichali in Limeni! Beautiful view of the bay, very comfortable and spacious rooms, easy walk down to the water for swimming and watersports, and fantastic breakfast and other meals available right on site. Not to mention the courteous and attentive service from the staff. You could stay in the property for a week and be happy, but there are a number of good restaurants right up the street as well, and Limeni is a convenient location from which to base trips to other sites in the Mani peninsula area. Highly recommended.
