The room and amenities are first class. Breakfast at $16 plus tip was abysmal. Eggs were dry. No fruit. No juice. Potato hashbrowns were soggy. When asked about fresh fruit or juice was told there was a supply issue. Went to 7-11 a few blocks away and they had a whole shelf of fresh cut fruit. A hotel of this caliber should have a full breakfast!!

This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not clean the room. When I complained, they replied that they would clean the room before 12 o'clock. They were so confident that they didn't even say sorry. This is a very bad review. Don't stay in this hotel.

I chose this hotel in the center of town when I went to Cornell University. It takes 10 minutes to drive to Cornell. The hotel room is spacious and equipped with hair dryer, electric iron and coffee machine. The bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters long, which is quite good. The mattress and pillow are of good height and it is quite comfortable to sleep. Overall, I am very satisfied to live in such a comfortable hotel in Ithaca.

There are not many options in Ithaca. Actually, the price/performance ratio is average. The room is small. But I like the lobby very much.

Ithaca Premier Inn Hotel Very good

The hotel is located in the center of the town, with beautiful environment and warm service. It is close to the Paris Baguette bakery.

There was no waiting time upon check-in and the reception responded kindly. When I entered the room, a welcome message appeared on the TV screen. It's not a big deal, but I felt good so I left a photo to prove it haha. I was impressed with the structure, which allows you to separate the shower room from the sink by closing the door, and creates a more cozy space by closing the door as well. Cleanliness was very good I told them that the heating in the first room I was assigned to was weak. They changed the room right away. The Nespresso machine provided 4 coffee capsules every day, so I enjoyed drinking them in the morning and evening. We do not provide separate water bottles. There is a glass bottle provided in the room, so you can drink it from the water purifier on each floor. Considering the environment, it didn't bother me that much. I arrived late at night and the food at the hotel restaurant was decent. The staff here were also friendly. The steak potatoes, which had a unique name, were so delicious that I ate them twice. Because downtown Ithaca is so small, Almost everything is close to the hotel. However, if you are a visitor to Cornell University It looked very close on the map. You must be prepared to hike~ We walked for exercise and even used Uber. My only complaint was that the room I changed to was a connecting room. There is some noise from the room next door. I don't know if I'll ever visit this city again. It was a hotel that made me think about booking again if I go there😊

The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very clean. There are many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby. I plan to make a reservation next time I visit the area.
