This place is absolutely charming. I've been going to Ithaca for years and it wasn't until a friend recommended this place that I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! The rooms are large and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The little S'mores Kit and firewood is awesome, and we definitely enjoyed the fresh granola and coffee for breakfast in the mornings. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

A Classic Motel Gem with All the Modern Amenities
Great communication from the owners—it's a hands-on small business, and their pride in making everything great is clear.
The room was sizeable, clean, and comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced in a hotel/motel/rental. Plenty of desk/counter/luggage space.
Coffee and light breakfast options in the morning (local yogurt, granola, oatmeal) were a nice way to start the day.
I wasn't at the room during room service hours, but the prices seemed reasonable and not jacked up like the average hotel. And while i didn't get to take advantage of the fire pits, the complimentary S'mores kit was a nice touch.
Be sure to take some time to check out the artwork in the lounge in the main office building, all done by local artist Stacia Humby.

Nice stay
Old motel but with nice updates. One of those updates was a memory foam mattress. It was amazingly comfortable. Contactless check in, which was nice and easy. The room was old but exceptionally clean

Stayed here for four nights in early March for a family birthday celebration. Had a very comfortable experience in room seven. They’ve done a nice job with their renovations. It’s on a very busy road, but they provided a sound machine to block out the car noise, which was very thoughtful. Our room was a suite and included an extra couch and TV area where we can watch TV, which was nice. And there was a little kitchenette with microwave fridge and sink, which was also a great touch. In the mornings, in the main house, there’s coffee, yogurt and instant oatmeal. They have fire pits that look like they would be super fun if it wasn’t 20° lol Only wish they had a nicer showerhead perhaps one with a detachable head( wand) in our room. It didn’t look like it had been updated. Thank you for a nice stay

Adorable property, room was large and clean, great communication from staff re contactless check in. Loved the binder of info in the room. Only complaint is walls must be very thin because we could hear every conversation from the room next door!! Otherwise very happy, would gladly come back
