Surpreendentemente agradável, fomos comemorar o aniversário do meu filho, todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, prestativos, muito solícitos mesmo, pois, no quarto 221 tivemos um pequeno problema com o escoamento da água do banho e as funcionárias nos atenderam prontamente, deixaram o quarto em um geral um brinco, a comida é surpreendente diversificada, tem para todos os gostos e traz muita tranquilidade poder viajar sem se preocupar em procurar restaurantes para meu bebê almoçar e jantar. Os recreadores são muito fofos, meu neném adorou brincar de barqueiro de papel no espelho d'água com os peixinhos, o passei de trator até a fazendinha, conhecer os animais foi tudo realmente muito agradável. Espaços limpos, bem cuidado, inclusive todos os banheiros pela fazenda que entramos, tinha trocador e isso realmente é um diferencial. Fizemos o passei do café e conhecemos a história da fazenda, com a degustação no final, é tudo maravilhoso. De fato tirando somente esse pequeno problema com o banheiro, o restante foi muito bom. O parquinho das crianças são bem cuidado e achei um local maravilhoso para se descansar e curtir em família. Com certeza voltaria.

Um verdadeiro hotel fazenda. Gostaria de deixar registrado a excelente experiência que tivemos. O ambiente rústico mas extremamente bem cuidado, um lugar lindo com uma paisagem e ambiente que trazem muita paz e aconchego. Os pontos altos que fizeram toda a diferença foram a comida muito saborosa, fresca e bem feita com sabor caseiro muito especial. E o segundo ponto é sinceramente que nos impressionou foi o atendimento em todo hotel sem exceção impecável! Muita gentileza, extremamente prestativos e prontos a atender. E o que mais chamou atenção em todos os seguimentos desde a recepção, bar, piscina, spa, restaurantes, camareiras. Não conseguimos lembrar o nome de todos os funcionários que nos atenderam mas alguns em especial gravamos o nome como Sr Marcelo ( restaurante e piscina) o “Painho” no restaurante. Gostaríamos de lembrar o nome de todos mas temos a certeza que o atendimento foi um ponto especial em nossa estadia! Parabéns! Com certeza voltaríamos!!

Hotel muito bonito, sempre limpo e muito bem conservado. Quarto amplo, roupa de cama de qualidade, porém poucos canais de tv e acústica do ambiente ruim, ouve-se todo o barulho do corredor. Almoço e jantar bem ruins pelo que é anunciado. Pouca variedade de comida, não encontrei doces típicos de fazenda, suco de fruta natural basicamente só de abacaxi e pouquíssima variedade de frutas. Indicam ter vários restaurantes no hotel, no entanto existem dois, porém com o mesmo cardápio. Atendimento, no geral, muito gentil.
