Na natureza com todo conforto
Perfeita, nos mínimos detalhes. Quarto limpo, cheiroso, com roupas de camas igualmente limpas e cheirosas. Excelente café da manhã e refeições deliciosas. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Mendes e Sra. Francisca, super atenciosos. Tudo isso dentro da natureza, na reserva de Itatiaia, a 3kms da entrada principal do parque.

A experiência foi incrível! Lugar mágico para quem quer descanso e tranquilidade, os funcionários super atenciosos e atendendo prontamente as solicitações. Senti falta de um ventilador mais potente, e a tv não funcionou por problemas de satélite, o sinal de Wi-Fi não chega aos quartos e não temos comunicação do quarto para a recepção. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Voltarei para esse recanto de paz

Equipe super atenciosa, quarto confortável, chuveiro com água bem quentinha e o ambiente de toda a instalação do hotel é bastante aconchegante. O jantar é ótimo e com o preço muito bom.

Local incrível, fica dentro da reserva do parque, ponto bem alto com otima vista para a cidade. A familia que cuida do hotel extremamente simpática, quero voltar outras vezes. Única questão, nao indico ir de motocicleta ainda mais custom, fui de harley davidson ultra limited e sofri muito para chegar, no dia chovia muito oque piorou consideravelmente as condições da estrada.

Adoramos o hotel e vamos voltar no inverno. A estradinha nao e facil se vc tiver um carro baixo mas vc chega la! Se for subir a noite cuidado c/ chuva e ou neblina. O restaurante - super bem decorado - foi uma grata surptesa. Ficamos no chalet simples com roupas de cama otimas e colchao novo. Nossos pet ficaram soltos e esse foi o ponto alto da estadia. Nao havia internet no quarto e aproveitei para desconectar. Ha muito espaco para os pets correrem. A area social (embora antiga) e bem conservada: tem sinuca lareira churasqueira e ate uma jacuzzi alem d da piscina. Mendes e Francisca sao otimos hosts.

O nome é o melhor marketing deste hotel pois é isso que você realmente vai encontrar neste local. Excelente local para quem ama montanha e serra, recomendo ir com carro 4*4 pois o acesso é dificil no entanto a experiencia vale a pena.
