They are not at all supportive. Charged extra amount for one hour. We checked in yesterday at 10:00 pm, and we went out, called us and telling that you have to pay extra 200-

The hotel needs to maintain cleanliness. Also, common items like soap and shampoo were not made available. Also, the breakfast was not available.

This hotel maintained hygiene and the only issue i faced was the remotes for ac and tv were missing.
