Fomos a pousada em 2 famílias, os quartos eram mau cuidados, não havia nenhum serviço além do café da manhã (que não era servido cedo), e a falta de funcionários se mostrou presente pelo estado dos estabelecimentos. Tirando o rio que é muito bonito o resto não fez jus ao preço, não recomendo.

Lugar lindo, natureza exuberante. Chalés reservados ambiente relaxante e tranquilo. Chalé próximo a queda d’água. Sauna seca a lenha aconchegante. Cozinha comunitária equipada de utensílios, fogão, forno, torradeira, geladeira e outros. Faltou hospitalidade e assistência. O chalé precisa de reparos principalmente a cama-/colchão. Desde o início houve dificuldades em encontrar proprietária/responsável do estabelecimento ou funcionários. A sauna foi acesa por nós hóspedes sem auxílio. No último dia ficamos sem água e não tivemos assistência, não havia responsáveis disponíveis para reportarmos o que houve. Sentimos falta se um local fechado com disponibilidade de wifi. A area comum para acesso ao wifi era externa, muito vento e frio, pouca luz. A pousada está passando por reformas nesse momento. Pode ser que tais melhorias sejam feitas em breve.
