Simple hotel, but with good reception. Adequate service, easy booking confirmations. Perhaps there was a lack of a list of nearby places to eat or places lost in the room. Very unstable Wi-Fi network.

Reservation was requested with a double bed, they placed us in a room with 2 single beds. We complained, the reception said they would upgrade us, we changed rooms and the room had a view of the avenue and had a double bed and 2 single beds. The hotel's acoustics are terrible, everything that happens outside on the avenue can be heard very loudly. The shower doesn't heat well, it was a little difficult to adjust the water temperature until it was pleasant for a shower. The TV only has open channels, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, it is very weak but dry. For the most part, that was it, not a very pleasant accommodation, but for those looking for a hotel just to sleep, it's fine. But if you face the avenue, you can forget about it.

Todo o atendimento e cuidado com nossos quartos são maravilhosos, estão todos de parabéns, café da manhã é muito bom, colchão absurdamente confortável, simplesmente não dá vontade de levantar, e ainda por cima, mesmo no dia que eu esqueci de colocar o aviso para a camareira limpar e arrumar o quarto, ainda sim cheguei e estava tudo muito limpo e organizado.

Boa opção para uma noite. Hotel espartano. O quarto é confortável, a localização é excelente e o café da manhã, honesto. Pecam, entretanto, nos detalhes: a cama é ruim, as toalhas estão gastas e não havia itens essenciais, como o sabonete.

Eu tive uma experiência maravilhosa no hotel, os colaboradores são excelente, o cômodo limpo e organizado, o café da manhã perfeito. Super indico o hotel Itajaí Espress! Passei 4 noite e já estou indicando para meus amigos o hotel, com certeza voltarei.
