Hotel agradabilíssimo! Ducha e quarto muito bons. À beira da BR, facilitando muito o transitar pra quem vai pra cidades vizinhas. Agradecimento especial ao recepcionista Francisco, que se mostrou super atencioso e cordial no check-in. Café da manhã bem variado e ambiente tranquilo, sempre com reposição de itens e equipe próxima. Recomendo!

Bom custo benefício, funcionários simpáticos, quarto muito limpo. Localização depende da sua viagem. Fica na BR.Precisa de carro para tudo, oq para mim nao foi um problema pois estava de carro. Ótimo estacionamento. Único defeito que me impossibilitou de dar nota maxima foi o café da manhã. Muita variedade porém itens de baixa qualidade. Pão de queijo estava duro, bolos maçudos e sem gosto. Nada que seja dificil de resolver. No geral, gostei e voltaria ao Hotel.

Hotel muito bonito , mas o atendimento (recepção/restaurante) infelizmente deixou a desejar . Se você aparenta ter menos dinheiro você é tratado e observado com muita indiferença. Agora as camareiras estão de parabéns , muito atenciosas e educadas , essas sim merecem ter seu reconhecimento no trabalho que fazem .

Na época , funcionários sem treinamento, atrapalhados, cobram diárias erradas, mandam mensagens para corrigir , depois que voce fez o check-out. Já foi melhor. Acredito que a reclamação não é só minha , Acontece que as reclamações não chegam na direção do hotel . Hotel bem situado, confortavel , mas com alguns erros gritantes ainda.
