I arrived at the hotel and, to my surprise, they said that the accommodation I had booked was not available. They put me in a lower room... An adapted room. They even said that I would receive a refund for having stayed in a lower room... Something that I could not resolve during my stay or even after 12 days.
And from the beginning, they said that there was only a reservation for one day and that I would have to pay for the other...
With great difficulty, the next day they said that I could stay and pay the difference for the stay...
See, I had booked a luxury room, paid for two stays... I was put in a lower room and they wanted to charge me for my stays again...
It was a lot of headache and no concrete resolution. I paid for a service and received an inferior service... Regrettable!!!
I had to show and send my proof of reservation and payment to three different people.

The service at the reception was pleasant.
The room left a lot to be desired. A fault in the window seals caused a lot of rainwater to drip into the room. The room was adapted for disabled guests without this service being requested. The breakfast was chaotic, as the hotel was very busy. The air conditioning temperature display was very bright, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
