The hotel is located in a great area right across the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars! When it comes to the interior of the hotel, it definitely needs some work! Some of the previous reviews prior to mine from several years ago stated that the hotel needed some upgrades and you'd think they did that after several years...seems like it did not happen. The room that was originally booked was absolutely below average from the description. Was given a room on the first floor right next to the elevator corridors where you could hear everyone walking, the sink was clogged, the toilet wasn't flushing properly and the room itself was so uncomfortable to just be inside, it felt so dark and dreary. We ended up upgrading to a room facing the beach on the third floor. It was definitely better but not superb. Bathrooms are old and sinks in both units we stayed in really need some attention as it clogs up fast! The breakfast buffet was great and staff were accommodating. Other than that, I probably would opt for a different hotel next time.

Considering the hotel's offer, including prices, it is undoubtedly an excellent option for accommodation in Badenário Camború. Positive points: in front of the sea, excellent breakfast, fast and well-configured lifts (3 in total), team service was very good, parking with valet, even the economic room has wide space, it appears to have suffered from very good room renovation, equipment and furniture (TV, refrigerator, table, boxes, furniture in general) and still with sea side view. Another positive point is Cafecito CO which is attached to the hotel and is undoubtedly an example of the limit that a business can reach in relation to top quality products, Small but super-conscious environment and a very entertained team ... in the torn so one day you open a shop here in Curitiba. I think the only negative point is for the bathroom, which is well functional and clean but part of the bath still needs a reform. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

The hotel was quite comfortable, staff were also quite educated, the cost-benefit ratio was very good, considering the hotel prices in the region of Balneário Camború.
