A limpeza poderia ser melhor, o ar condicionado sem controle e muito barulhento, a tv com imagem ruim. A sauna seca não estava disponível, em manutenção, porém não vi ninguém mexendo na sua manutenção. A piscina poderia ser mais limpa principalmente no fim da tarde, eu mesmo passei a redinha para tirar várias sujeiras da água.
Como no dia que chegamos havia um grande grupo na modalidade " All Day " o hotel deveria privar em sua limpeza constante. O restaurante terceirizado de internacional não tem nada, minha esposa pediu um frango grelhado com arroz de brócolis que está incomível, ela nem tocou no arroz.
Já o atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, até fizeram um upgrade em nossa acomodação. O local é muito bonito, já a estrada que leva ao hotel é muito perigosa, estreita e não passam dois carros em paralelo.
