Paz e exclusividade no meio da natureza
Quartos parecem bangalôs, grandes, com varanda e vista para os coqueiros e mar, perto da piscina e restaurantes. O Resort só tem 40 bangalôs, então, mesmo cheio é bem tranquilo, não precisa acordar cedo para disputar uma espreguiçadeira na praia e na piscina. Praia maravilhosa, sem pedras e otima para caminhar. Atendimento muito bom, cardápio razoável, deslocamento para pessoas com dificuldade bastante limitado, alimentos mal preparados e de baixa qualidade. Poderiam adequar melhor os serviços, considerando o alto custo.

Completely overpriced
We stayed at this hotel because it was part of Relais & Chateaux. It shouldn’t be. It’s a terrible experience, with rooms that haven’t be renovated in years, with service only in Portuguese and that seem to be there against their will. The food is a disaster. Even the breakfast is tasteless. The whole experience is a suite of disappointments.

Fantástico, uma grande experiência. Resort confortável, com ótimo atendimento, comida deliciosa, enfim um local ideal para relaxar e curtir a praia de Itacarezinho praticamente exclusiva para os hóspedes. Ambiente muito agradável e informal, deixando os hóspedes muito a vontade. Em resumo, hospedagem, atendimento e alimentação maravilhosos.

Decepção total.
Péssima. Hotel sem condições. Limpeza no quarto muito ruim. Deixavam cotonete no chão. Não recolhem um simples copo usado.
Comida ruim, pratos que vinham grãos e castanhas estava com gosto de rançoso. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas frutas.
Funcionários despreparados. Garçom do restaurante não sabia nem o que tinha no cardápio. A noite fui pedir uma água de coco no quarto e me disseram que não dava por que estava em um outro bar.
Hotel todo em reforma e não nos avisaram antes de fazer a reserva. Era só avisar. Mandaram msg 3 dias antes do check in.
Uma decepção total.

O hotel apresenta uma estrutura muito boa, porém a alimentação não confere com as informações e os preços da mesma, bem como da hospedagem estão fora da realidade apresentados.
Acomodações bem limpas e confortáveis, mas pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção tem muita dificuldade em se movimentar dentro do hotel.
O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo.
