18 июля решили с мужем поужинать , и выбрали именно этот ресторан Нам не постеснялись подать все как в столовой, и в завершение принесли пасту карбонара приготовленную за три дня до подачи….. Не рекомендую ехать туда за вкусной свеже приготовленной пищей . Когда я попробовала пасту , я сказала что это есть не буду , администратор извинилась и сообщила что кофе в подарок…. Инейте ввиду вам там могут просто разогреть не свежую еду. Более это место как ужин в ресторане не рассмотрим.

Всем добрый день. Отдыхали в этом отеле с 17 по 19 января. Хотела бы начать с того, что на сайте нет возможности оплаты картой, если это карта ПС МИР. Мы звонили в отель, нам делали бронирование без предоплаты. Уже на месте спокойно все оплатили нашей картой на ресепшн. Номер небольшой, стандартный, уютно и чисто. Уборка хорошая. К шумоизоляции нареканий нет. Мы брали полный пансион, чтоб не тратить время на поиски заведений на обед или ужин. Гостей в отеле крайне мало, свободные места в ресторане всегда были. По еде никаких замечаний нет, выбор небольшой, но все то, что мы попробовали, действительно вкусно. Официанты при этом работают несколько неторопливо. Как пример: Молодой человек-официант, убирая грязную посуду, пролил кофе на наш столик. И… не пришёл убрать его. Мы в итоге сами эту лужу убрали. Также могли официанты забрать часть грязных тарелок, часть оставить на столе и не вернуться, чтоб убрать оставшуюся посуду. Ещё раз повторю: гостей в отеле немного. Выглядело это странно. Очень классные коктейли в лобби-баре. По территории: она небольшая, гулять негде, особенно зимой. Но ещё из минусов: это уборка льда с парковки. Уборки нет. Большой слой льда, который частично посыпан песком, но частично нет. Идти сколько и страшно. Хотела бы отметить, что мы приезжали на выходные отменить день рождения. По комплиментам от отеля: скажем так, в отелях подобного уровня, преподносятся дары гораздо интереснее. Здесь же, в качестве презентов были: бесплатная парковка автомобиля (500,00 руб. в день), тарелка фруктов и 2 бутылки воды, а также возможность более позднего выезда. Но, учитывая, что обед нам отказались перенести с пятницы на воскресение, нам это было неактуально. Ещё за день до заселения вечером нам позвонили и сообщили, что не работает бассейн (естественно, никакую альтернативу мы бы уже найти не успели). Сначала обещали, что он сможет быть открыт в субботу, но и в субботу бассейн не открыл свои двери. При этом, как мы потом прочитали на стойке уже по приезде, бассейн не работал с 12.01, но при бронировании об этом мне никто не сказал. Ну и да, очень удивило, что не была уменьшена цена за проживание. Все-таки поплавать в бассейне один из вариантов проведения досуга. В целом достойное место, чтобы провести здесь выходные за счёт удачного расположения и вкусной кухни. Но все-таки вопросы к уровню сервиса есть. Возможно летом тут повеселее и поинтереснее.

I wanted to get away from everyday life. Take a walk in the fresh air. Swim in the pool. The area is very small. Half of it cannot be used for walks at all, because on one side of the pond there are sewage treatment plants (sewage smell, instead of fresh air), and on the other side of the pond there is a mini zoo (the most untidy and smelly of all hotel zoos that we have seen). There is no particular place to go for a walk. A piece has been cut off in the middle of the hotel territory for a school. The room is small, there is no balcony, the bathroom is the same size as in P44T houses. The cleaning was weak; when we moved the bucket away, we found a cotton swab from the previous guests. The pool is small and not deep, from 0.7 to 1.2 m deep. There is a tennis table behind the glass from the pool. There are two people playing tennis, and another 10-15 men, hot with alcohol from a corporate party, stand in outerwear and you catch their gaze. Even though I came to swim with my husband and child, you feel like you’re in a show “behind glass.” The food selection is very poor. Not every dinner has a purely meat dish. For example, there is meat in pilaf, or vegetable stew, or sausage in dough. All! Hot dishes for dinner and lunch 5 pcs. Only vegetables and watermelon are good. Alcohol is not included, parking +500 rub. per day. I still don’t understand what’s 53 thousand for 3 nights?! In other hotels, the area is larger and there is a swimming pool and bowling alley, the food is varied and the rooms are spacious. I never thought I would say this, but the hotel is downright boring. We went for a walk to the neighboring Istra sanatorium and to the Sirota farm. I give three stars, not 2, for the animator (the girl is great), for a good but not cheap massage in the spa, clean linen, a large bath towel and a mini office with computers and a printer. Yes, they provided us with towels for two people, although the child was at full price, and slippers and water for two people too. The hotel is liked mainly by those who come there for a conference or team building at the expense of companies for 1 night.

Great family vacation! We were family! The room is standard! For the older child they brought a folding bed (almost like a bed), which was very comfortable, but the room became a little cramped. We took full board, we didn’t regret it, the food was varied and delicious! Everything is in abundance. Well-groomed area. The room was clean. The price is a bit expensive: 24 thousand for 4 (two adults, two children per day with meals). Definitely recommend!

Everything is as it should be. It is advisable to diversify breakfast with fruits (oranges and grapefruit, sorry, are not quite Hilton level). The restaurant is open until 22.30! What is this boarding house? Bar until 24.00 - and then guests can go to their rooms!

Be careful when paying in cash! I paid for my stay in exactly this way, and was faced with the fact that upon departure I was told that I had to pay extra for the child and that the check was supposedly punched for a lesser amount than I had actually already paid (even though, in fact, I had paid all the necessary amount including surcharge). I was not given any receipts when paying. This looks a lot like a scam! To say that I am shocked is to say nothing... At the reception, the girl began her sentence by saying that our employees made a mistake and you must pay us... And this was at check-out, when we were very late. And there are many questions about the hotel itself. Family room is very small. The depth of the pool and infrastructure also raise questions. Especially the parking situation. It was impossible to leave at the building, and I had to walk straight from the lower parking lot along the roadway; there isn’t even a sidewalk there. In general, I categorically do not recommend it, and a complaint about the hotel has been sent to their head office.
