Suite à une réservation, impossible de joindre l'hôtel ni par mail ni par téléphone. Personne n'as jamais décrocher. L'ascenseur hors service une fois sur deux. L'état de la chambre est à déplorer : poils dans l'évier de la salle de bain et la douche, odeur d'égouts qui ressort de la cuvette des toilettes, traces mal nettoyer et noirs autour des tuyaux des robinets ainsi que des traces blanches sur la vitre de la douche et la porte de la salle de bain, pas de couvertures appart un couvre-lit miserable. Le hall des escaliers est completement inondé et imbibé d'eau, des serviettes de toilettes servent à éponger le sol en moquette ) et pour couronner le tout : PAS DE CHAUFFAGE EN PLEIN MOIS DE JANVIER !!! Seulement un petit soufflant d'appoint qui fait un bruit d'enfer la nuit et se réveiller le matin avec un enfant en bas âge avec 17°c dans la chambre ! Une honte ! Une chance si nous ne tombons pas malade. Heureusement que ce n'était que 2 nuits.

hotel vieillissant mal
Réserve par hôtel.com arrivée sur place à 14h pas de reception ouverte ,donc il fallait rentrer le code que logiquement l operateur m avait fournit , il etait faux , donc me voila dans l impossibilite de rentrer . Apres avoir atendu j ia trouve un numero de telephone une personne ezt venue ouvrir la reception et m a donne le bon code merci a elle
