Romantic Hotels in Istanbul

When I checked-in I was assigned the room on 1st floor so I politely asked the receptionist for the room in different floor and they said they can’t give me any other room since it was full. So I have no choice but staying in that room. I was assigned the room with the ashtray even though I requested for non-smoking room. Luckily there’s no smoking smell. However, the room in front of me was renovating so I was interrupted during my whole stay. I was wondering why they gave me this room as they already know that the room in front of mine have to be renovated and it will interrupt the guests. I told them about that. And they just apologised to me with no any other action. Just sorry. 😐 The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest is just okay compare to the price of the hotel. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Hotel staff are professional and helpful. Location is also superb. Nonetheless we are disappointed that certain facilities, like the terrace, are closed “in preparation for high season”. There is no swimming pool at this establishment either - while the hotel provides shuttle transport to their other location on the Bosphorus it is at least half an hour bus ride away. This makes it not the best value for the money in our opinion. The famous view of the Blue Mosque is also fully blocked by a taller Seven Hills cafe nearby. You can find better value elsewhere. And don’t go if scenic views or swimming pool are important to you.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to various attractions, can be walked, suitable for couples and families. And the hotel is very clean, and the owner is warm and friendly, every day he asks if we need help. If I were to ask myself, I am a very picky person and I have very high requirements for hotels. This hotel is simply beyond my expectations. The entire decoration is in the local Islamic style and is very distinctive. The cleanliness is the best five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, and it pays great attention to details. Every towel is covered with a cotton protective bag, and even the paper towels used are printed with the hotel logo. The hotel's slippers are also very good, the bedding is also quite comfortable, and the shower gel is all luxury brands. It can be seen that the management of this hotel has very high requirements. Every employee of the hotel is sincere and enthusiastic in service, from the front desk, concierge, uncles who do cleaning, and especially those employees in the rooftop restaurant, they are simply meticulous. I have eaten all my breakfast and dinner there these days. Although a service fee of 12 euros per day is charged when checking out, I am very willing to do so because the service is so good. I highly recommend that you don't miss this hotel when you go to Istanbul. I strongly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The staff service level is great. They are absolutely lovely, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. We had a great stay with TomTom. Location is 10 mins walk up/ down a gentle slope to the hotel/tram. It sits in a lovely area, you’ll see plenty of restaurants up slope from the area. The hotel is situated opposite the Italian embassy so no cars can enter (but you can when you get the hotel to book a cab for you) means the streets are quiet. You should take a look at the breakfast view for yourself. It

I am so lucky to find such a treasure shop in the center of Istanbul, Turkey.In this beautiful city, this store is not obvious, but its surprise is the biggest.The equipment inside is complete and the service is thoughtful.Because we chose this place for the convenience of transportation, there are trams not far from the hotel and scenic spots within 500 meters of Fiona Fang. It is simply preferred.Don't worry about his equipment and service, it's impeccable.

This trip has a vague feeling that Chinese guests are not as picky as foreigners. They don’t make many requirements for room types and views, so hotels often assign us the worst room types and conditions of the same price. This happened in all three hotels on this trip to Turkey. Remember: make requests in the remarks when booking a room, the more specific the better.
