Хороший отель! Расположен в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей. Уборка каждый день, вода и чай/кофе в номере бесплатные. Единственный минус - на завтраке очень слабый кофе. Спасибо персоналу за комфортное прибывание.

We stayed at this hotel for our first time in Istanbul. What can I say except that it was a lie and a real disaster? A room with a ridiculous bathroom and a balcony overlooking a view of dilapidated buildings. But beware of the so-called "DELUXE Room." It wasn't. The staff didn't want to hear anything. Sea view as advertised on ***********? No, it doesn't exist. This is definitely the last time, not to mention the ROTTEN housekeeping service, a dirty room, and a DISGUSTING breakfast.

Hotel TO AVOID. I put 1 star out of obligation. Otherwise I wouldn't have even put 1. Hotel more than noisy. Already upon our arrival we were given 1 room and they told us that the next day we would change rooms for one with a balcony, we were very happy. But that must be hiding something. First night horrible! We didn't sleep all night, hotel super noisy and I'm not even talking about the horrible room ownership!🤢 The next day we go to the reception to tell them about our night and the dirtiness of the room. The receptionist doesn't care. He just tells us that we will change rooms in the afternoon. Second room a little better but still just as dirty. The curtains and sheets don't even fit the window or the bed. The breakfast is more than limited! The staff is not at all pleasant. I definitely do not recommend this hotel

Hôtel très bien placé et très propre. Restaurant au 5ème étage avec une vue sur la mosquée bleue. Très bon accueil, personnel agréable. Idéalement situé. Très calme. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerai si je dois séjourner à Istanbul. Tout était impeccable.

из плюсов: удобное расположение отеля относительно исторического центра, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал в рестране и на ресепшн, вкусные завтраки. из минусов: не хватало дополнительных полок в ванной, зеркала в комнате и небольшого столика. Все потребности и запросы выполнялись сотрудниками оперативно. Отель нам очень понравился, персонал замечательный, уютно и душевно как дома :)
