It was the strangest experience. At first they couldn’t find our reservation for a long time, we asked to come back later. We walked for several hours, tiredly returned to the hotel to rest, and they told us “your room is being renovated, could you go to another hotel.” So the renovation hasn't started now, could you please let me know in advance? There was a question about a refund; they had no idea how or through what I booked. They took my information to contact me later, but they never did. Thanks to Trip.com support service they quickly and efficiently resolved this issue.

It is a fantastic hotel in budget price,fascinating view from top roof decking ,few steps from Halic metro station
I would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the middle of all attractions in Istanbul.

The location is good near halic metro station the seen is very nice from the public roof you can see the sea . The food is poor .the staff is kind. The windows is sound proof also. Also the price is suitable . 5minutes to eminent place

We chose the hotel for its location, because we spend more time walking than we are at the hotel.
Yes, it is convenient to walk to the main attractions, and there is a steep terrace and in the evening it is just a gorgeous view. BUT the room is very worn out, everything is old and falling apart. Just lying on the bed, the leg broke, perhaps it was rotten. We didn’t even want to look under the bed, because it was scary: the whole room was covered in some kind of insects. They crawl everywhere: on the floor, on the bed, on the pillow!!! I really hope they're not, but by googling they look like bed bugs!!! It’s terrible, I didn’t want to touch anything again, not to mention sleeping there !! What is $30 per night? I wouldn't go back there for free!
The staff is polite, the breakfasts are sooo meager and monotonous, I wouldn’t even call it a breakfast (cucumbers, tomatoes, 2 types of cheese, sausage, olives, a long loaf, a roll, jam, dried nutella, one kind of tea and coffee in a jar. And EVERYTHING!! ) We ended up eating in other places.

Yaşadığım tek sorun otel sahibinin arkadaşlarının en üst katta sabah yaklaşık 4'e kadar sarhoş bir şekilde çok gürültü yapmaları oldu. 3 kere uyardık resepsiyona söyledik bir şey değişmedi. Otelden ayrılmayı düşündük bir ara ama sabrettik.

Beautiful view at terrace. I advise them to have tents out side. internal structure newly built, hotel is small. better to prefer a room far to the stairs. Great for affordable prices.

The Hotel is nothing but just a lodging service. There is no lift, and you need to carry your own luggage up two floors in the hotel. The rooms are very small. The breakfast was pathetic with just 4 dishes overall and that includes two plates of just salad of tamotoes and cucumber. The coffee wending machines is not even loaded with enough supplies. Not much of a good place to stay. Its allright if you just want to spend a night and leave early.
