The most satisfactory hotel I stayed in during this trip, including comfort, service and value for money. I should have reserved more days for this hotel. I also stayed in Soho, which has been very windy recently. I stayed in the most basic room for 2500 yuan. I can't complain. There is a light fragrance from the moment I enter the room. It is really comfortable. I personally like the details in every corner and the decoration of the room. If you go to Istanbul, you can give priority to this hotel.

Very good stay, the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Galata tower, and it takes only 20 minutes to walk across the bridge to the old European district. Many interesting shops are next to the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is a surprise, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Many seagulls will fly over to play with you. If you come to Istanbul again, you will stay here again

I like it so much. I live in a suite with an extra bed. But the space is large. The environment is good and the service is good. But the front desk is a bit cold. Breakfast and dinner are served on the top floor. Dinner is delicious, better than outside.

Overall is good but probably not for level 4. I was given room at level 4 during Friday and unfortunately rooftop bar is operate until 1am, I can literally hear people walking around and especially dragging the chair. I called to complain on the noise and being told that nothing that they can do and the noise will probably happen all the way until 1.30am. Perhaps hotel can do something about it , u can’t expect all the guest to sleep after 1.30am right

The hotel helped to upgrade the room for free. The front desk spoke very good English. However, the main entrance of the hotel was hard to find and the taxi took a long time to get there. I highly recommend staying here. It was the best experience of the entire trip.

It was very unexpected and unpleasant that the superior room (#1313) had no window and no way to ventilate the room. It seems to me that the hotel is obliged to warn about this at the booking stage. Rooms that do not have a “city view” icon when booking may not have windows at all.
