The location is quite central and easy access to tram ferry and bus stops. The staff are very friendly. There is some construction work happening across the street which carries on into the night.

The hotel is tiny located in small street , the good thing that it’s quiet and very nice and helpful staff ready to help . Water , apples at the reception . Comfortable bed . Breakfast Turkish not buffet

Awesome hotel in the japan area. Very close to the Galata Tower and the bridge that communicates with the anti-fascist area of the city. The hotel takes care of the guest in detail, the attention was incredible. The breakfast is rich and freshly made. The only drawback would be the size of the room, a bit small but I think that is normal in Istanbul. We will certainly repeat on our next visit to the city.

Из плюсов: Вежливый услужливый персонал. Отличные завтраки. Бесплатно чай кофе на ресепшн. Отличное расположение. Не слышно шум от улицы.  Минусы: очень маленькие комнаты. Двери в туалет можно сказать нет. Слышно о чем говорят соседи.

The room we had on 4th floor was nice. The hotel staff are exceptional as they are very friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Special shoutout to Alex who we interacted the most and was always helpful. The rest of the staff were also very warm and helpful. location of the hotel is very good as all attractions (old city) are within walking distance. We walked everywhere.

This is a relatively new hotel and I'm absolutely glad I chose it for my brief stay in Istanbul. It is in a central location just a couple of minutes walk from the Galata bridge yet a reasonable distance away from the noise in the galata area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have been excellent at providing tips and advice for getting about in istanbul. My room had modern decor and was very clean and comfortable. It had useful features such as power/usb sockets near the beds and a balconette with a sliding window. The hotel provides daily free bottled water in the rooms and complimentary hot drinks in the reception area at all times. I would definitely book this place again if I come back to Istanbul.

We spent 3 nights had a great service from all the staff. Brand new hotel located near all the tourist attractions and good restaurants around it. Great breakfast and baristas coffee on request. Wanted to thank them helping us and accommodating our needs. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Siamo stati in questo hotel dal 5 all'11 maggio. La posizione è perfetta vicina al ponte di Galata e servitissima dai mezzi pubblici che a Istanbul sono molto efficienti. Si tratta di un hotel molto moderno e molto piccolo. Il giudizio complessivo è molto buono. Unico aspetto negativo che abbiamo rilevato è che il bagno è veramente troppo piccolo e non c'è la possibilità di appoggiare nulla. Anche nella stanza non c'erano spazi di appoggio per le valigie e per appendere gli abiti. Poi ci siamo organizzati ed è andato tutto bene.Il personale è efficiente, gentile e disponibile ad accontentare gli ospiti su tutto. Cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziarli dell'accoglienza e dell' assistenza che ci hanno riservato. In particolare ringraziamo Ozgur per il tempo che ci ha dedicato.
