Helpful and friendly staff
Not a bad hotel in a nice central location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast was poor and disappointing;, just one boiled egg and some ham , cheese , bread and olives plus condiments.
Room and bathroom in general were ok.
Safe was not very safe.
Hallways were undergoing renovation so at times looked like a building site and slight issue with the plumbing one morning with dirty water coming through the taps and toilet.

Enjoy the hotel and the location
Very good hotel and the location is excellent too. Mr Ayhan at the reception is very nice person and very helpful too .
I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay at this hotel.
There is a lovely girl at the reception she is very friendly and very helpful .

War alles gut bis auf das einchecken. Wir waren um 14:30 da und hatten erstmal kein Zimmer und mussten warten bis die Zimmer sauber waren (da waren Leute drin die eigentlich auschecken sollten, aber noch immer drin waren) Ende vom Lied wir sind um 17 Uhr eingecheckt. Sonst war alles top :)

The hotel is small but it’s clean and comfortable. The house keeping is not regular. The breakfast it served from 9 to 10h30 not adequate for earlier departure and its very Basic. The area near the hotel is noisy until 2PM. Sometimes it’s difficult to sleep !

فندق ممتاز خدمة الغرف ممتازة وحجم الغرف رائع جدا وطاقم العمل رائع جدا الكل يسعا اااسعادك ويقع قرب المترو ولترامفاي وكل ما تحتاج له موجود بجانب الفندق واصي جميع القادمين إلى اسطنبول بهذا الفندق الجيد ويوجد تحليل داخل الفندق ويوجد جوالات سياحية واسعار ممتازة

The staff were very kind.Tried to help with any questions.Gave good advice regarding transfer to airport, daily city tour and and Turkish night on boat.the room was nice and clean. There was anything you can need.location very good few minuts to Gulhane park,Tram and metro.spa staff was very good too.
