Overall, it was good. Breakfast was provided every day (it should be free for all guests. No room number is required for breakfast).
The bed was quite comfortable.
The front desk staff spoke good English and provided good service. Because the flight arrived at 5 am, we were allowed to check in early at 7 am.
In terms of hygiene, the bottom of the toilet was a little dirty, but it was okay for normal use, but it did not affect our mood.

The hotel claimed that I had not made the payment and tried to make me pay again. Even though I booked a room with breakfast included, they did not allow me to use the breakfast. It's a business where people who don't know how to work work. Never again!

Stayed at the hotel for a few hours as I lost my next flight and booked by Turkish Airlines. Rooms were pretty nice and big. When we went for dinner they had no wine or beer we could order.told me you can ask the reception. The guy at the reception tried to trick me into ordering a bottle of wine through his friend for 1500 Lira (50 euros) . I found a liquir shop 500 meters away and bought it for 250 Lira( 8 euros) even the guy tried to trick me that the store is closed at 9 pm .The restaurant didn’t let us have the wine and didn’t even give us a corkscrew ! Bad experience !! Not nice people !

Such a shame to have to write a poor review as the majority of the stay was ok. The room was comfortable, clean, good facilities, etc. However, the trip was spoilt at checkout. I had travelled to Istanbul for a hair transplant, so this hotel was booked on my behalf as they have a partnership with the clinic where I had the procedure. With that in mind, you'd think they'd anticipate that there may be some occasional, and accidental, staining on their pillows from some of the wounds. These wounds are dressed, and absorbent pads are used to cover the pillows and sheets. I was already tired, nervous, and feeling apprehensive following my procedure, when the woman at reception decided to tell me that I owed them $100 (!!!) for a new pillow. Feeling embarrassed, I decided to pay the fee - I just wanted to get out of there and go home. I mentioned this to the clinic and they were disgusted - they couldn't have been more apologetic. They gave me a $100 bill and the doctor said that he would take the matter further with the hotel. It left a bitter taste after a stressful three days. They are in partnership with a hair transplant clinic, guests will have several thousand holes in their heads - what do they expect??? Another negative point was the breakfast - the juice machines didn't work the entire time I was there, and there was never any water in the container.

The hotel is very nice, quite modern and very tastefully. The rooms are spacious, excellent bathroom and decent storage. Air con is excellent for the hotter parts of the day. The Restaraunt is exceptional. All the food I had here was really high quality. The Restaraunt is at the top of the hotel and there are very nice views. Lentil soup 10/10 Tenderloin salad 9/10 Sea bass 10/10 Lovely service staff and very accommodating. Definitely recommend for solo / couples.

I can recommend the hotel, was there four nights and it was a good experience. The staff was nice and I could ask for help or direction. The room was a good size and the clean, bathroom was also a spacious and clean.

I am still here till end September 2022 in room 413 and am finding my stay here extremely pleasant. Professional and friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant. The restaurant has good rooftop location and the guys are super friendly. Keep up the excellent work guys, you are doing an amazing job.

We stayed for 5 nights here was a lovely very clean hotel lovely food throughout stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Zara the waitress helped us throughout stay as very good English would visit again 5 stars many thanks for a great break

Im stay for two days this hotel.A very nice atmosphere and new decoration hotel. top floor a wonderfull sea view a good Tiraditional Restaurant.All staf very helpful and smiling.At hotel location is Pelikan shopping mall and İstanbul Metrobus line Station very nearby.

We stayed on the occasion of the fair, and we would like to thank all the staff, especially Ms. Burcu, the sales manager, for their interest and concern. Everyone from the reception to the restaurant was very friendly. It's a family friendly hotel that we will definitely go back to when we come to Istanbul again :)

The worst service in Istanbul. International hotel chain Encore, where staff cannot take orders in English. It’s not like talking, they can’t even understand two words. At the restaurant we waited 40 minutes for food and received it cold. At our request, they cannot order a taxi, they say you order it yourself. But now I know where not to go.
