The hotel is good. When booking, I requested a high floor and it was arranged. I booked 4 rooms at once. It is suitable for business trips. I will choose this hotel next time. I recommend everyone to try it.

Excelente la atención y las instalaciones del hotel. El desayuno súper hay de todo. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con heladera servicio de café, televisión, aire acondicionado. Servicio de Spa, masajes, sauna. Me quedé con la duda contraté el servicio de masajes con cremas medicinales y no sé qué más incluía. Después de hacerme los masajes la chica me puso una máscara y me dejó sentada en una reposera. No sabía qué hacer después el encargado me dice que me saqué la máscara y me tuve que sacar yo la máscara. Si no entendí mal incluía el Haman pero la chica que me atendió me dejó sola en la reposera y no me indicó que más tenía que hacer. Así que me lave la cara me vestí y me fui. La chica previo a esto no sé qué me dijo porque hablo poco inglés pero creo que ella tendría que estar atenta al cliente y no yo atenta a lo que tenga que hacer. Para esto pague 72 euros.

Great service and staff. Amazing breakfast and options. Zehra and mehmet were friendly and attentive when I had questions. Good location as well, I had an easy time checking in and there were a lot of great free amenities available. Thank you!

It was good overall staff very kind and helpful and cleaning of rooms was very good . One thing is that the building is old and towels were old so it needs some renovation
