Excellent location very close to sultan ahmet mosque and aya sophia tram station is also very close it's a very quiet hôtel and the breakfast was good too.the room was very clean the towels were changed daily.

I selected with airport transfer at trip.com. Once arrive the hotel said I need to pay extra. Its unusual what I have experience with trip.com when I visited other countries. The rest of service are all ok

Im Oktober 2024 verbrachte ich mit meiner Familie 6 Tage im Hotel Sultan House, einem nach deutschen Maßstäben sehr einfachen Hotel, das etwa zwei Sterne verdient hätte. Aber der Preis war günstig und die Lage hervorragend. Aber nach den Berichten über den schrecklichen Hotelbrand in der Türkei jetzt im Januar fühle ich mich verpflichtet, vor den Economy Rooms im Keller dieses Hotels zu warnen,die bei unserem Besuch als einzige noch verfügbar waren. Die Fotos zeigen in beiden Räumen die etwas höher gelegenen Fenster, durch die helles Licht hineinfällt. Das Licht wird aber von Neonröhren erzeugt, die man ein- und ausschalten kann. In Wirklichkeit führen nur schmale Belüftungsröhren nach draußen. In meinem Zimmer war der Ausgang des Rohres geschickt unter dem Tisch für Raucher verborgen, sodass ich jedesmal riechen und hören konnte, wenn Raucher dort draußen saßen. Somit gibt es in beiden Zimmen KEINEN NOTAUSGANG BEI FEUER. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass sich neben diesen beiden Kellerräumen die Küche befindet. Falls es dort brennt, ist auch der schmale Weg zur Treppe nach oben nicht mehr passierbar. Der FLUCHTWEG ist VERSPERRT. Meiner Meinung nach dürfen diese beiden Räume im Keller keinesfalls vermietet werden.

We chose this hotel for its excellent location and value, and it exceeded our expectations! The check-in process was quick and seamless. The staff was incredibly welcoming, even walking us to our room, which was spacious, spotless, and delightfully cozy.
