Pros: clean bed linen, daily cleaning, clean towels, normal breakfast. The location is close to the Grand Bazaar and the T1 tram. The hotel itself is in a specific area, where in every basement they sew fakes of all sorts of brands. But the atmosphere is great, a real Istanbul. Safe. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. Cons: the hotel is old, the shower hose leaked when the shower was turned on, there is an unpleasant smell from the drain holes in the shower, good audibility in the rooms. The headboard creaked with every slightest movement. The view from the window at the back of the hotel is terrible, plus pigeons are constantly cooing and seagulls are screaming, in general, I was able to sleep there only because of the wild fatigue after walking 30 thousand steps a day) But the price / quality, the hotel is generally normal.

Regular inexpensive hotel

До отеля добрались во второй половине дня. Заселили сразу. Номер небольшой, без балкона. В номере все необходимое было, кроме чайника (чайник просто необходим!). Все работало. Курили на террасе с видом на мраморное море. Завтраки обычные, голодными не были. Для переночевать отель нормальный. На ресепшене взяли экскурсию - вечерний Стамбул по Босфору, на яхте, с ужином, алкоголем и шоу-программой. Понравилось - рекомендую. Достопримечательности, трамвайная линия в пешей доступности. Местность горная, спуски и подъемы крутые. Кафешек поблизости много, цены примерно одинаковые.

City, simple hotel is suitable for a short stay or a sightseeing tour. Furniture in the rooms is old, but everything is intact and functional. Clean bed linen, comfortable bed, mattress and pillows, good bathroom, daily change of towels. There is free internet, works well. Breakfast is meager, but sufficient: eggs, tomato, cucumber, cheese, bread, tea, coffee from the machine. There was no balcony in our room, but the windows opened. There is an open terrace on the roof, very nice, but not arranged - a couple of tables with chairs, not wiped too often. I think if you ask the staff at the reception, they will clean everything there - the staff is responsive and hospitable. The area where the hotel is located is old, the streets are small, there are abandoned houses nearby, which spoils the impression a little, but this is not the hotel's responsibility. If you don't need to spend much time in the hotel and you don't want to overpay for the location, the hotel is suitable - clean, quiet, close to Sultanahmet Square, Grand Bazaar, there are shops nearby (small and supermarkets), a fruit shop, restaurants (more touristy), there are small cafes and snack bars.
